School Nights

It's THAT Time of the Year...to JOIN CUB SCOUTS!
One of the most exciting times in our Cub Scouting year is when the Lincoln Heritage Council, Boy Scouts of America, has the opportunity to share the joy of Scouting with boys in our local schools that have an interest in becoming Cub Scouts.

As the school year begins, all of the local elementary schools have Scout leaders talk to the boys and put on a "School Night" for new scout prospects. Though Cub Scouts is a twelve month program, the beginning of the school year is the best time to sign up boys. Information will be presented on the individual packs and their program. Watch for flyers from your son's school and newspaper ads for the School Night date at your school.

If you miss your School Night, don't worry - it’s never too late to start the Scouting Path! Call (502) 361-2624 or visit BeAScout.org to find a pack, troop or unit near you!
