What is Cub Resident Camp?
Cub Resident Camp is a short-term camping experience designed to introduce Cubs and their parents to a theme-based, summertime camping experience. It’s 3 days and 2 nights of exciting and adventurous activities that will make lifetime memories. Cub Resident Camp is held at the Tunnel Mill Reservation (TMR) in Charlestown, Indiana. All Scouts must have a parent or guardian to attend.
There are a variety of activities planned for you each day at camp. Swimming, BB shooting, fishing, playing sports, and singing will fill the day. Many of these activities will complete advancement requirements and earn belt loops. Nights will be campfires, fun and games, and an outdoor movie. For parents, it’s a great place to spend quality time with your son without the distractions of everyday life and just get away for a couple of days. Resident Camp is pure fun from the time you get up in the morning until the time you crawl into your sleeping bag weary from the day’s adventure.
