Adventure Base 100

April 23-25th @ the Waterfront

On April 23rd-25th Adventure Base 100, a national traveling Scouting museum, will be in Louisville, KY. This 10,000-sqaure-foot hands-on museum will be part of the Kentucky Derby Festival and will be on the waterfront.The Adventure Base 100 is only making 42 stops throughout the nation and we very fortunate to be able to experience
this! The museum will take you through an
exciting journey through the past, present and future of Scouting. The Adventure Base 100 will also feature a time capsule. Take a sneak peek before April by viewing the virtual tour. See the resources for the website address.

Adventure Base 100 is such a large museum that we are expecting to need 100 volunteers to man the exhibit each day it will be in Louisville. Currently, the 100th Anniversary Committee is in the process of constructing an online volunteer sign-up form. Check back frequently for news regarding volunteer opportunities!

Volunteer for Adventure Base 100

A 10,000 square foot traveling Scouting museum, making only 42 stops nationwide, will be here in Louisville from April 23rd-April 25th!  In order to successfully put this once in a lifetime event on we need to recruit 40 volunteers per shift! You can be a part of this experience by volunteering your time to help operate this amazing exhibit. You can chose from over 10 different volunteer positions! To view the description of the positions click here. Volunteers are asked to arrive one hour early to their shift for a brief overview of their duties.
