LHC to honor Venturing Youth and Adult Leaders
The Lincoln Heritage Council, Boy Scouts of America will honor Venturing Youth and Scouters for their noteworthy services of exceptional character to the Venturing program and on Congratulations to the class of the 2011 Venturing Leadership Award:

The Venturing Leadership Award is a distinguished award of the Boy Scouts of America. Venturing Leadership Award candidates must be registered and involved in Venturing as a Venturer or an adult for at least one year. They must hold a leadership position or office on the Unit, District, or Council level. The candidate must show exceptional dedication and give outstanding leadership and service to Venturing and to Venturers on the level appropriate for the Award.

The Adult Awardees will be recognized at the Silver Beaver Dinner on February 11, 2012 at Christ Church United Methodist in Louisville. Youth Awardees will be recognized at the Council Court of Honor on March 3, 2012 at Christ Church United Methodist in Louisville.
