Rank Requirement Changes for 2011

The centennial edition of the Boy Scout Handbook is now available. The rank requirement changes that were introduced in the new handbook effective January 1, 2010, are the latest changes to date. A Scout should complete the requirements he is working on, and when he advances to the next rank he should then begin using the new requirements.
