LDS training
Purpose
LDS Training LDS BSA training is specific to packs and troops chartered by the LDS Church. Training is from the most recent syllabus published by the BSA and incorporates the current policies of the LDS Church for Cub Scouts and patrols of 11-year-old Boy Scouts. This training also covers guidelines for integrating Faith in God and Scouting
Attendees
- All adult leaders in LDS chartered packs including: Wolf and Bear Den Leaders and assistants; Webelos Den Leaders and assistants; Cubmasters; Pack Committee Chairman, and Committee Members
- Boy Scout leaders including: Adult Leaders of 11-year-old Boy Scouts; Troop Committee Chairman and Committee Members
- Primary presidents and Primary presidency members responsible for boys 8-11
- Bishopric/Branch presidency members responsible for Primary
- Stake leaders responsible for Primary
- Commissioners assigned to LDS sponsored packs and troops
- Interested parents
Trainings Offered
- Leader Specific Training and Supplemental Training for Cub Scout Pack Leaders
- Indoor portion of leader-specific training for Adult Leaders of 11 year-old Boy Scouts
- LDS Troop Committee Training (Leader-Specific)
